Rates:
Base rate for individual therapy (50 minutes): $160
Base rate for partnership, relational and family therapy (80 minutes): $200
I offer limited sliding scale rates – please reach out if a sliding scale rate would support your access to care.
Insurance:
I am in the process of becoming “In-Network” with Lifewise and Premera plans. Please check back soon for insurance availability!
Otherwise, I am unable to bill insurance, and am considered “out-of-network” with all other insurance companies. I will happily prepare and send detailed monthly statements, or “super bills” which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Many clients are able to get meaningful amounts of their payment reimbursed, but do be sure to contact your insurance company for the most accurate information about your benefits and coverage.
Good Faith Estimate // No Surprises Act:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
